This book addresses approaches to treating water sources that require removal of unwanted or dissolved substances, particularly varous methods for removing dissolved ionic materials. The primary concern of this book is the elimination of the use of chemical reagents to bodies of water to make them potable or usable for most applications the control of pH as well as water compostion can all be accomplished electrically with no addition of foreign substances to the water supply.
